Pecan Bars
An easier spin on the classic pecan pie. Just as flavorful, with a fraction of the sugar. You'll want to make these all year long.

Crust
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup granulated monk fruit
- 4 tbs butter
Pecan Layer
- 4 tbs butter
- 1/2 cup granulated monk fruit
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp corn starch
Crust
Preheat oven to 350'F.
Mix the dry ingredients for the crust in a bowl.
Rub in butter until the mixture turns crumbly.
Press into the bottom of an 8x11 baking ish.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Take out and set aside.
Pecan Layer
Melt butter, monk fruit, honey, and vanilla in a saucepan.
Stir in chopped pecans and corn starch. Pour immediately over crust.
Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing into bars. Store in the fridge for a week.
