I’m so excited about this Amazon Fashion Haul for Fall 2020! It’s been some time since I’ve made a purchase from Amazon fashion but I always get compliments on the tops I’ve bought in the past, and people ask me where I bought them. So I thought I’d do a bit of a haul for fall 2020 fashion and I’m happy to say that I found several affordable pieces that were higher quality than I expected from Amazon. I only ended up returning two of the items I ordered, and one was only because the color had been completely misrepresented. Read on to find out which popular pieces on Amazon are actually worth ordering for your fall wardrobe. Direct links to products are included where available.

I’ve been loving exposed shoulders this year. I was on the hunt for some off-the-shoulder tops that were properly off-the-shoulder, instead of just a glorified boat neck that constantly needs tugged down.
This top from Amazon is very soft and hangs well, and it has a waffle-knit texture that creates visual interest. The sleeves are also nice and long; the side with the shoulder up isn’t annoyingly shorter than the off-the-shoulder side. It’s pictured here in Apricot, but I liked it so much I also bought it in Pink.
I’ve paired this top with the Buckle capris I mentioned in this post. Underneath I’ve got a Victoria’s secret bralette since off-shoulder tops make bras difficult. The bralette and lace let you play with color and texture, too.
These nude wedge sandals were gifted to me by a friend a few years ago, but any sandal that blends into your skin-tone will do here.
This bag is by Pinko and you can find their most recent rendition of it at think below. I feel like the studs take this outfit from beach bum to city street.

The entire goal of this outfit was to find a sweater dress that was long enough for my 5’9″ frame. Notice where the sleeves hit my hand, too, all the way up to the knuckles!
This sweater is also amazingly soft because it isn’t made of wool. It hangs more nicely than I thought it would for being relatively lightweight. On a very cold day I would wear a long tank top or slip under this for extra insulation.
The leggings are also from Amazon. For this outfit I chose the navy blue color for a classic neutral palette. When I opened this leggings they felt WAY too thin to wear, but I was pleasantly surprised. They stretch super comfortably and don’t bite into my waist. The fabric is very smooth and velvety so the sweater doesn’t cling to them the way it would with a cotton stretch legging.
I also purchased a 4-pack of these boot cuffs. I’ve never worn them before but I was pleased with how comfortable they were. When the weather gets colder I think a little extra insulation around my calves will feel wonderful. For this outfit they also help to accentuate the cream color of the sweater.
This necklace is one I’ve had for years and years from Lia Sophia. Any long pendant will do to draw the eye to the midline of the silhouette. I’ve also had these brown boots by Sofft Shoes for a couple of years. They are genuine leather upper and interior with a full zip and lacing up the back. Wonderfully comfortable and timeless.
The oversized-without-looking-dumpy T-shirt has been a surprisingly difficult thing for me to find. This one from Amazon is nice and thick (read: Not se-through) and manages to look loose-fitting without being shapeless. You can see in the photo if you look up by my shoulder that I’m wearing a black lacy halter underneath, but it’s not visible through the fabric.
Really any denim would go well with this style, but I opted to mix it up with a pair of flares from Express.
I’ve restyled the same pendant necklace and Pinko studded bag from above, and added my Linea Paulo studded slingbacks (style no longer available). You could also go with a colored bag here and coordinating heels, I just liked the look of the studs.
These sunglasses are by Quay Australia and I’ve had them for several years. They have a thick plastic frame in a pink hue that went nicely with my other accessories, but again you can match the style of your shades to any shoes and bag you like.
This belt, while it doesn’t look like much, is worth mentioning. It is by Madewell and its classic style has been around for years. It’s genuine leather at a ridiculously affordable price. When it comes to belts, you will get much longer (and better) wear out of genuine leather than synthetic alternatives which are prone to cracking and creasing. You can get belts from Madewell with either gold or silver buckles, too.

This vest might be the most exciting piece in this haul. “Soft” doesn’t begin to describe it. The teddy texture is very plush, not stiff like some of the teddy bear outer wear I’ve seen. The vest is also fully lined, making it a functional piece for colder months instead of just a fashion statement. It came in a variety of colors (this one is brown) and was only about $30.
Underneath it I’m wearing a fitted stretch mock neck black top. This top was actually advertised as an “under scrubs layer” and I can see why. I hardly know I’m wearing it. It’s incredibly soft and comfortably fitted. The mock neck isn’t too tight, so if you’re like me and steer away from snug-fitting turtlenecks, you’ll do just fine with this. It would also make for a very chic top worn by itself with a statement necklace.
I paired this with some skinny jeans from Buckle that I’ve had for a couple of years and my Via Spiga Chelsea boots, which I’ve also had for ages. The Via Spiga brand has been suspended as of the time of writing, so I’d suggest looking for any black leather ankle boot with a block heel. Similar style linked below.

Amazon fall fashion Outfit #5 is for days on the go when you need to transition from workout to streetwear. These leggings by Colorfulkoala come in tons of colors, are less than $25, and are just as good as leggings I own from brands like Athleta and Popflex Active. When I first opened them I didn’t think I would like them because their texture is more on the glossy/buttery side than the thicker fabrics of other brands. But once I put them on I was pleasantly surprised by the fit and the comfort.
I don’t love athletic pants that feel like the compression hose you wear after sclerotherapy. I want the to be fitted without feeling like my range of motion or circulation is being compromised. These are perfect.
The T-Shirt is another Amazon find. You can see in the photo that it’s distressed in the back with openings at the hem and neck. My only complaint about this shirt is the wildly inaccurate sizing. It is supposed to fit slightly large, but even the Small is enormous. I didn’t expect it to be quite this loosely fitted, but I liked enough to keep it anyway. Point being, if you want to give it a go, expect it to fit even larger than “loosely fitted” and size down.
I threw on my G-by-Guess white tennis shoes to make this outfit more casual than gym. This model has been updated since I bought them and the new version is linked below. In the flatlay I’ve also added a casual lightweight scarf, which would make this outfit even more wearable off your workout mat.
